We require your final design to be approved before the 3 week production timeline begins. This ensures that we can meet your expectations and deliver products that align with your vision.

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of group orders, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds unless there is a defect or error on our part. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Apparel and Color Selection

Next, you will choose the apparel and color options. We offer a maximum of three color options per group order to ensure a cohesive look.

Order Confirmation

Once you provide the necessary information to the group order manager, we will generate a link for your order within three days. This link will be active for five days for you to confirm and finalize your order.

04 Step

Production and Delivery

After the order confirmation, it will take approximately three weeks for your merchandise to be produced and shipped.
